Beta Status Notice
EarthOS is currently in beta. This means features are evolving, things may break, and we're learning together. By using EarthOS, you acknowledge this is an experimental platform under active development.

By accessing or using EarthOS, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the platform.
Your Account & Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

- Providing accurate information during registration

Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create on EarthOS. By posting, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content within the platform.
EarthOS Content: The platform itself, including design, code, and features, is owned by EarthOS. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.
Disclaimers & Limitations
EarthOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Complete security or data preservation
- Specific outcomes or results from using the platform
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EarthOS.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use EarthOS ends immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as EarthOS evolves. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
